Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We hope to add more countries in future.

Where we ship from

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas rather than from a UK warehouse. This keeps our prices low, but it does mean delivery takes longer than it would from a UK retailer. We think it's better to tell you this up front than to surprise you afterwards.

Processing time

Orders are passed to our supplier within 1–2 working days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, please allow 10–21 days for delivery. Most orders arrive within two weeks. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the postal service and customs handling.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all orders. There are no minimum spend requirements and no charges added at checkout. You will not be asked to pay import duties or handling fees.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch, which is normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.

Multiple parcels

If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately and on different days, as they can come from different suppliers.

Delays

Occasionally parcels are held up in customs, during busy periods, or by the postal service. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@sparkandgadget.co.uk and we'll investigate. If it can't be located, we'll refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We can't change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we can't refund parcels lost because of an incorrect address.

Returns

Our returns terms are set out in our Refund Policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
